This instrument was purchased through my Japanese distributor for one of his customers. It has a 33″ scale, and headstock shape (five on one side tuners) like my earliest 5-string basses. It has recessed strap locks, and is finished in Nitro Cellulose lacquer with a gold top and transparent red back.
